We are committed to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms before placing your order. By placing your order would mean that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms.
a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. We will not amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
c. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon payment.
d. We only accept Payment via iPay88 Online Payment Gateway and Bank Transfer. For more information on payment, please refer to HERE
e. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
f. We reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
- Product ordered is no longer available in stock
- Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
- We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
a. We provide FREE DELIVERY service for orders above RM100 throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak & Sabah. A FLAT RATE of RM7 will be charged for orders below RM100.
b. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) upon payment verification.
c. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
d. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
e. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on your order.
f. Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
a. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
b. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
c. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
d. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
a. There might be 1 to 2cm difference in the measurements given due to the difference in material and the way measurement is taken. In this case, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
b. For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
c. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
d. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
a. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
b. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
c. We reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
d. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
a. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include accessories, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
b. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition. (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
c. All items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon item received.
d. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
a. Store credits are issued by ALT & Co. and can be used on any purchase.
b. To redeem your credits, please login your account and select "Store Credits" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
c. Store credits do not have an expiry date unless otherwise stated.
d. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
