Returns & Exchanges
Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include accessories, all sale items and all other items stated under item description. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Items ?

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.
The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.
The color look different from the website.
Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

Processing fee (NO CASH REFUND) = Item price - Processing fee Costs
ALT will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.
Fully refund in Store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
*Processing fee costs of RM7 will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs RM60 you will receive a store credit of RM53.
*Return without meeting the criteria will be charged for another RM5 for penalty.
*Sales items may have slight defects/color discrepancy /measurements discrepancy and are strictly not returnable/exchange.
- All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
- Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable / non-exchange items.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) upon item received.
- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
- We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
- We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- Return won't be accept if we do not receive RETURN FORM's email.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
